Representation

We will represent you exclusively as a buyer’s agent and help guide you through the entire home building experience. Remember that the model home agent is employed by the builder and their goal is to get the best price and terms for the builder.

Cost

There is no cost to you as the builder pays the compensation to the REALTOR® and does not offer a discount if you do not use a REALTOR®, the compensation is built into the price as a marketing fee and will not impact your final cost. Most builders expect and encourage REALTOR® participation.

Savings

Many times we can save you money by negotiating for the best possible price, upgrades or amenities that normally would not be discussed without representation.
